Useful help, offered honestly, is never turned away

Whether you have an hour a month, a professional skill, a corporate budget or an institutional mandate, there is a defined role here — with a clear description, a named contact and an honest account of what your contribution achieved.

Ways to Give

Support that reaches the programme, not the overhead

Around 88% of our expenditure goes directly to programme delivery. Every donor receives a written acknowledgement stating exactly which track their contribution supports.

Give once, or monthly

A single contribution meets an immediate need; a standing monthly gift lets us commit to a young person for a full nine-month mentoring cycle. Bank transfer details for donations in EUR are issued on request, with a written acknowledgement and a note of how the funds will be applied.

Fund a specific programme

Restricted giving is welcome. You can fund one Skills Lab cohort, one community installation, or the welfare fund for a defined period, and receive reporting against the budget lines agreed at the outset.

Give in kind

Laptops in working order, furniture, professional services and venue space are all genuinely useful. We only accept items we can actually place, so we will tell you honestly if something is not needed.

To arrange a donation, email info@coloriffic.com or call +356 2702 5081. We will confirm our banking details in writing from our official address at Triq San Mikiel, L-Iklin, Malta. We never request payment through messaging apps, cryptocurrency or third-party intermediaries — if you receive such a request in our name, please report it to us.

Volunteer

Six roles, each with a real description

All volunteers receive an induction, a named supervisor and clear boundaries. Roles involving contact with children or vulnerable adults require appropriate clearance before deployment.

Mentor

2 hours per month, nine months minimum

Meet a young person regularly, help them think through study and work decisions, and open doors where you can. Full induction and safeguarding clearance provided. This is our most requested and most impactful role.

Literacy or skills tutor

2–3 hours per week, one term

Support small-group literacy circles or Skills Lab sessions. Teaching qualifications are welcome but not required; patience and reliability matter more. Session plans and materials are provided.

Community projects volunteer

Occasional weekends

Join installation and renovation days on community buildings. Trades experience is valuable; so is a willingness to carry, paint, plant and clear up afterwards.

Interpretation & accompaniment

Flexible, on request

Accompany families to appointments with public services and interpret where needed. Arabic, French, Tigrinya, Ukrainian and Maltese are in particular demand.

Professional pro bono support

Project-based

Accountancy, legal, HR, IT, design and monitoring-and-evaluation expertise directly reduces our overhead and raises our standard of practice.

Board and committee service

Six meetings per year

We periodically recruit administrators and committee members with finance, safeguarding or development experience. These roles are unremunerated and carry real legal responsibility.

Partnerships

For companies and institutions

Corporate partnership

Companies support us in four practical ways: funding a named cohort or installation; seconding staff for skills-based volunteering; opening apprenticeship, placement or interview-practice opportunities; and donating usable equipment. We provide a written partnership agreement, an agreed communications protocol and reporting at intervals you choose. We do not offer endorsements of products or services.

Institutional & NGO collaboration

We work as co-applicant and delivery partner on EU and foundation-funded projects, and as host or sending organisation for mobility and exchange schemes. Our documentation — statute, governance structure, financial procedures, safeguarding policy, indicator framework — is available to prospective partners on request so due diligence can begin immediately.

Partnership, volunteering and giving enquiries

Tell us what you would like to offer or explore. A member of the team responds personally within 24–48 hours on working days.
