Norma - bos does not discriminate on the basis of ethnicity, religion, nationality, gender, age, disability, political opinion, sexual orientation, social or economic status, or size of farm.

This applies to membership, participation in programs, election to bodies of the association, cooperation with partners and the provision of all services.

Any member or participant who believes they have been treated unfairly may file a complaint with the Supervisory Board, which will respond in writing within 30 days.

We collect only the personal data needed to manage membership and deliver our programs: name, contact details, location of the farm and basic herd information.

Data is processed in line with the Law on Protection of Personal Data of Bosnia & Herzegovina. It is never sold, and is shared with third parties (e.g. veterinary services or institutions) only with the member's consent or where required by law.

Members may request access to, correction of, or deletion of their data at any time by writing to acosta-foresti@gmx.com. This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies.

Members of the Management and Supervisory Boards must act in the interest of the association and its members, not for personal gain.

Any officer with a personal, family or financial interest in a decision (for example, a contract with a supplier or the sale of animals) must declare it and abstain from discussion and voting.

Declarations are recorded in the minutes and reviewed annually by the Supervisory Board.

Norma - bos is a non-profit association registered under OBL: F120804. It does not distribute profit to its members, founders or officers.

Income — membership fees, donations, grants and project funding — is reinvested entirely into programs, education and support for members and the rural community.

The highest body is the Assembly of all members. It adopts the annual work plan and financial report, elects the Management Board and the independent Supervisory Board.

Annual financial reports are submitted to the competent authorities as required by law and are available to members and partners on request.
