The supreme body of the Alliance, composed of all full members. Approves the charter, elects the Board, and reviews the annual report.

Responsible for strategy, budget oversight and representation. Board members serve without remuneration.

Senior clinicians who develop clinical guidelines, approve educational curricula and review ethics questions.

Bylaws & compliance standards
The Alliance operates under its charter in accordance with the Civil Code of Georgia governing non-entrepreneurial (non-commercial) legal entities. Income is used exclusively for statutory purposes and is never distributed to founders, members or officers.
We maintain a conflict-of-interest policy, an anti-discrimination policy, data protection practices consistent with Georgian law, and a non-partisan stance: the Alliance does not engage in political campaigning.
